Senior Achievements

You'll soon be approaching the first really big milestone in your life as you leave high school behind and go off into the new, exciting challenging, and scary world of college. It's OK to feel somewhat apprehensive as you begin to wrestle with the myriad tasks associated with completion of the senior year. Take comfort in the knowledge that thousands of other high school students just like you are facing the same dilemma and thousands of others before you have done so successfully.

It is important to keep this whole thing in perspective. Being denied admissions to the college of your dreams (should that occur!) is not the end of the world. There is a college out there just for you and will be the right one for you. Your job this year is to do the best you can, keep up your grades, stay active in school activities and community service, and trust that next year at this time you will be at precisely the place God intends you to be.
