Through out the school year we have colleges who visit the school looking for recruits. Please see Ms. Alaniz if you have any questions regarding a specific college and the date they will be here. All college visits will take place during the senior lunch period. College representatives will be located in the cafeteria.Students are encouraged to stop by the representatives table. The Texas A&M University Prospective Student Center in San Antonio invites you, to attend the 4th Annual Aggie Day in S.A.
This is an opportunity for families to learn more about admissions, financial aid, student services, academic majors, Texas A&M University at Galveston, the Corps of Cadets, and much more.
Various presentations and opportunities to win great Texas A&M door prizes and on of several $500.00 scholarships.
Aggie Day in SA will take place on Saturday, November 17, from 12 to 4:00 p.m. at Oliver Wendell Holmes High School located at 6500 Ingram Road

Sam Houston State University invites interested students to attend the High school Honors Recognition Dinner on Friday Nov. 16, 2007. the dinner is in conjuction with the Campus preview days. Saturday Nov. 17th.
Interested students who contact the Honors Office at 936-294-1477 or email honors@shs.edu will receive a personal invitation to the dinner.
The dinner will be held in the historic Peabody Library on the campus of SHSU.
