Academics at a Glance
A college preparatory institution, St. Anthony's curriculum is designed to challenge all students by allowing them to choose courses that are regular, Pre-Advanced Placement (PAP), Advanced Placement (AP) and / or High School Connection courses. (The High School Connection program allows students to take courses at the University of the Incarnate Word.)

English I PAP, English II PAP, English III AP, English IV AP
Algebra I and Geometry PAP
World Geography PAP and US History AP
Biology PAP, Physics PAP Chemistry I PAP, Chemistry II AP, Physics II AP, Environmental Systems AP

The University Experience!
Students who maintain a 3.5 GPA are offered the opportunity to participate in our High School Connection program at the University of the Incarnate Word. Students choose from a variety of freshman courses. Some of the more popular courses are:
Pre Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, Government, Micro Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Business and Computer courses.
During a student's high school career, the counselors work closely with each student to assure that each student's academic needs are met.
