Application Checklist
Application Process for Freshman:
1. Admissions form must be completed by applicant
2. Register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT)
3. Applicants take the HSPT on December 3, 2011 or January 21, 2012
4. St. Anthony Catholic High School will request school records and recommendation from applicant’s current school.
5. Students are notified of their status once records, recommendations, and HSPT scores are received. Expected date of notification is February 3, 2011
Criteria used for the admissions decision:
1. Middle school grades (6th, 7th, 8th grades to include Standardized test results)
2. Attendance record
3. Discipline record
4. Teacher and/or Principal recommendations
5. HSPT scores
6. Interviews with student and/or parents
