Campus Ministry

 

Campus Ministry:

Campus Ministry is an organization that involves the entire community of the school.  While the primary focus is on the student, the growth of every individual at St. Anthony contributes to the goal of promoting and living a faith community.

Components of Campus Ministry:

  • Mustard Seed Carriers
  • Pure Love Club
  • Student Ministry
  • Young Oblate Associates
  • S.A.L.V.E. Retreat Group
  • Peer Ministry
  • Liturgy and Worship Program:
    • Monday: Exposition and Benediction
    • Tuesday: Prayer Service
    • Wednesday: Prayer Service, Guest Speaker
    • Thursday: Song Fest
    • Friday: Liturgy
    • Community Lit:
      • Once a month with a reception after: please see school calendar
  • Retreat Program:
    • Class retreats once a year in semester I
    • SALVE Retreat
    • Retreats are prepared and facilitated by the students and Director of Campus Ministry

Students must attend their class retreat.  If a student is unable to attend, they must submit a letter to the Director of Campus Ministry before the retreat date in order to be excused or the student will be assigned an additional ten community service hours to be completed by the end of the current school year.  Seniors must attend their Senior Retreat or they will not be able to participate in their graduation ceremonies and will be required to complete an additional ten hours of community service.  All additional hours must be coordinated through the office of Campus Ministry.
