Scholarship Packets for the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation are due on October 21st at 3:30 pm. Each packet must include the following for submission:
*High School Resume
*Personal Narrative
*Completed forms with parent/student signature
*Two teacher recommendation forms filled in and completed
*One outside recommendation letter from a non-relative
