Small group counseling services will begin in September on campus.
September's topic will be: Mindfulness and Stress Management which will provide education and guidance to students on how to tolerate feelings of stress and anxiety, coping skills, and self-regulation.
Sessions will be one hour long on Wednesday during the lunch/advisory period. Students will be able to eat lunch during the session.
RSVP is required, as capacity is limited to 10 students each session.
