St. Anthony Earns High Ranking on "Best Catholic High Schools” List

San Antonio – October 2, 2023 – St. Anthony Catholic High School (SACHS) is proud to announce that it has been ranked No. 2 on the list of “Best Catholic High Schools in San Antonio” by the national website, Niche. The ranking was based on a number of factors and St. Anthony graded high in culture, safety and diversity. The school also received an A grade for clubs and activities and was praised for having a 100% graduation rate and a 10:1 student to teacher ratio.

“It is an honor to have been so highly regarded by a national digital publication such as Niche,” says Sharon Longoria, SACHS dean of Student Affairs. “St. Anthony Catholic High School is part of the Brainpower Connection, a network of Catholic K-12 schools and the University of the Incarnate Word, which affords our St. Anthony students unique opportunities for personal, spiritual and academic growth. This partnership eases the transitional phases of a student’s educational journey and prepares them for college life. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to the success of all our students, always ready to help them reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. St. Anthony Catholic High School students develop into young adults ready to lead, serve others and pursue their academic and career goals.”

Last year, St. Anthony Catholic High School students earned more than $7 million in scholarship funds. Those SACHS students are now attending institutions as diverse as Notre Dame, California State University, the University of the Incarnate Word and more.
