Graduation plan meetings are advising sessions held between the counselor, student and the student's family to discuss and declare a high school endorsement, review transcripts, test scores and courses, and begin the process for college and career preparedness.
Every student at St. Anthony Catholic High School is required to have a graduation plan in place which includes a parent/guardian signature.
