As we continue our journey through this season of giving, we are now preparing for our annual Chrysalis Christmas event, which will be held on campus on Saturday, December 13th. We partner with Chrysalis Ministries in hosting a Christmas Wonderland event for families facing difficulties in the San Antonio community. We are expecting over 300 families with approximately 700 children in need.
We ask that each student participate by volunteering their time for the event. We will double community service hours for all students who participate. We have 2 shifts: 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. or 12:00-2:00 p.m. Volunteers will work indoors and outdoors, so be sure to dress accordingly. Spirit dress and Christmas Spirit wear are encouraged.
