Complete the Application
Log in to your account and create a new student application.
Submit Required Documents
SACHS requires the following documents to be received in order for the application to be considered as complete:
- High School Placement Test (HSPT) scores
- Unofficial transcripts (from the last three years)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Immunization Record
Schedule an Interview
Once your application is complete, the SACHS Enrollment Director will contact you to schedule an interview. This will give you a chance to visit the school and give us an opportunity to meet you and your family.
