SACHS requires the following documents to be received in order for the application to be considered as complete: [email protected]
- High School Placement Test (HSPT) scores (If an incoming Freshman)
- Unofficial transcripts (from the last three years)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Immunization Record
Schedule an Interview
Once your application is complete, the SACHS Enrollment Director will contact you to schedule an interview. This will give you a chance to visit the school and give us an opportunity to meet you and your family.
