It is my goal as the Athletic Director to enhance the productivity of each athlete daily to ensure the success of this program and continue with the pride and traditions that has made St. Anthony one of the top Catholic High Schools in San Antonio.
With over 14 years of experience in dance education, I currently serve as the Dance Director and Asst. Athletic Director at St. Anthony Catholic High School. Beyond dance, I am also the Women’s Athletics Coach, Anatomy & Physiology Instructor, and Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. I am passionate about the performing arts, fitness, and athletic development and am eager to continue learning and growing in the athletic programming sector. My journey began as an After-school and Summer Program Dance Instructor/Supervisor for Judson ISD, evolving into roles such as Studio Competition Team Director and Contract Choreographer for several public high schools in San Antonio, Texas. I am also regularly contracted as a competition judge and emcee for Star Dance Alliance, a global leader in talent competitions and workshops.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, with a minor in Biology from Texas A&M University at San Antonio. Complementing my formal education, I have honed my skills in advanced choreography and technique at esteemed institutions such as Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood, CA, and Broadway Dance Center in New York, NY.
My career highlights include performing with the Spirit of America Dance Team in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City and achieving recognition for my award-winning choreography.
