1. St. Anthony Catholic High School will identify, develop, and retain high quality faculty in order to prepare students for academic excellence and responsible leadership based on Catholic values and traditions.
2. St. Anthony Catholic High School will implement an innovative curriculum which is tailored to the needs of the contemporary learner.
3. St. Anthony Catholic High School will develop and implement a comprehensive approach to the best use of technology for faculty and students throughout the learning environment.

Advancement Goals

1. St. Anthony Catholic High School will develop and implement a comprehensive advancement plan to create sustainable sources of funds to ensure the long-term vitality and viability of the school.

Catholic Identity Goals

1. St. Anthony Catholic High School will continue to be rooted in the faith of the Catholic Church as embodied in OMI and CCVI charisms and traditions.
2. St. Anthony Catholic High School will accompany and support the faith formation of each person.

Facilities Goals

1. St. Anthony Catholic High School will develop and implement a master plan to provide high quality facilities to support our mission.
2. St. Anthony Catholic High School will develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan to maximize classroom experience and prepare students for 21st-century learning.

Student Life Goals

1. St. Anthony Catholic High School will develop a comprehensive program of extracurricular activities, athletics, and services to foster community, student engagement, responsibility, and leadership.
