Head Coach- Mike Salas:
Salas Mike Salas is in his first year as a Psychology/Sociology and World Geography Teacher.  This is his 2nd year as the Head Baseball Coach and is now an Assist Football Coach here at St. Anthony’s Catholic High School.  This is his 19th year as a coach with the Catholic High Schools in San Antonio.  He comes to SACHS from Northside ISD where he taught Special Education and Holy Cross High School where he spent the past 10 years coaching and continuing to build a successful program by coaching multiple sports.  He received his BBA in Sociology from West Texas A&M University and is in route to receive his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from WTAMU this summer as well.  Coach Salas has been married to his wife Vanessa for 16 years and they have 3 children (Michael Jr, Emily and Evan). 
                                                                                                                                            
Head Coach- Javasse Kearney:

Javasse Kearney is a Graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word with a degree in Physical Education. Javasse is in his 2nd year as Head Coach of the St. Anthony Yellow Jackets.  During his four year tenure with UIW he was a contributing figure and Captain of the Men's Basketball team that reached a National Tournament appearance and won 2 Conference Championships. Upon graduating, Coach Kearney was hired as UIW’s Men's Basketball Assistant Coach and Camp Director. In his time as an Assistant Coach at UIW he was responsible for the recruitment of student athletes, game preparation, academics, and on court development. After a five year coaching tenure with UIW, Coach Kearney went on to work with the San Antonio Spurs in the Basketball Operations Department under the direction of RC Buford. In 2014, he launched his own youth basketball program SA Hoops ELITE, a San Antonio based basketball program that competes and trains year round. Coach Kearney continues to work with and develop many High School Student Athletes, Collegiate athletes, and Professionals. His many years of coaching, training, and playing experience is something he has always wanted to continue sharing with student athletes of all ages and skill levels.

 
Assistant Coach/JV- Dan Choate:

Daniel Choate is in his 3rd year with St. Anthony Catholic High School as the Assistant Athletic Director. Before coming to SACHS, he worked at Maxim Healthcare Services as the Director of Business Operations. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University and married his high school sweetheart; Falon. Together, they have two sons; Carter 9 and Brynnan 7 and enjoy traveling and attending all of their athletic events. Dan is currently working on his Masters Degree from UIW and hopes to complete it by 2021. Dan is in his first year as a Basketball Coach at St. Anthony, and has previously coached Basketball at St. Francis High School College Prep in Wheaton, IL. Dan is passionate about the Yellow Jackets Athletic Program and is always looking for ways to build a long lasting tradition of excellence.
 
Assistant Coach/Freshman- Aamir McCleary:

Aamir McCleary graduated From Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville ( Edwardsville, IL) with a degree in Sociology, and also obtained Associate’s Degree from Panola College, In Carthage Texas. Following his playing career Aamir went on and began his coaching and skill development  career in 2013. Working with various camps as a skills coach such as the Tony Parker Skills clinics, Danny Green Clinics, and Kyle Anderson Clinics.  In 2014 he joined SA Hoops Elite a local ( AAU) program as A skills, and basketball coach. With SA HOOPS ELITE , Aamir has gained National Recognition for his coaching , winning a few National Events in Las Vegas, Atlanta, and Dallas. Aamir has also been a part of developing and trainings with multiple NBA athletes, college and high school players.  Aamir is the younger brother of two- time NBA Champion and former Spur Malik Rose. In 2018 he joined NEISD and is pursuing his teaching certification in Special Education. 

Head Coach- Charles Hall:

Coach Charles Hall is a St. Anthony alum of 2012 and a University of Incarnate Word alum of 2016.  He is the head Cross Country coach at St. Anthony and assists with the track program.  Coach Hall teaches Biology at St. Anthony CHS.  Six of his Yellow Jacket athletes went on to compete at the collegiate level.

Head Coach- Ed McCabe:

McCabe serves as the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach of St. Anthony Catholic High School.  Coach McCabe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position having served for 20 years as an AD and 22 years as a head football coach. His portfolio includes 128 head coaching wins and six district titles in football and 19 state championships as an AD. Before joining SACHS, McCabe spent six years as both the AD and head football coach at John Paul II Catholic High School in New Braunfels, Texas. Prior to that, he served as AD and head football coach at St. Michael’s Catholic Academy in Austin. Coach McCabe and his wife Sheila have four daughters, Kathleen, Megan, Lauren and Emily.
 
 
 
Assistant Coach/WR/CB- Jordan Brown:

Coach Jordan Brown is an assistant football coach at St. Anthony, working with receivers and defensive backs. . Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Coach Brown played collegiate football at East Texas Baptist University. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science Pre Rehabilitation Science.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Assistant Coach/RB/DL- Ron Glazener:

Coach Ron Glazener Jr., has served as an educator for 34 years. Coach Glazener earned his B.A. at Trinity University, and M.S. at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, he graduated from St. Gerard High School. As St. Anthony's current physical education teacher, head tennis coach, and assistant football coach at St. Anthony, he enjoys the opportunity to teach and coach while attempting to build an outstanding athletic program. Ron is married to his wonderful spouse, Lou, who is a retired educator. His daughter, Kira, is an alumna of St. Anthony '17 and currently attending Texas Lutheran University.
 
 
 
Assistant Coach/WR/DB- Sean Hobdy:

Coach Sean Hodby is entering his fifth year as a member of the St. Anthony's family. As the head coach for track & field, he has also been a contractor for the government for 20 years. Hodby earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2003 and enjoys a fantastic LSU sports game on his free time.

Steven Holick is in his first year at St. Anthony Catholic High School as the Offensive Coordinator for football and teaches pre-calculus.  Coach Holick has taught and coached at the high school level for 35 years, previously serving as an Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator in football.  He has also coached baseball, basketball, soccer, and track.  Coach Holick is married to his wife Leslie and has three daughters; Chelsea, Lacey, and Bethany.

Andrew Miller attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he assisted with the football program.  A former Devine Warhorse, Coach Miller assists with the Yellow Jacket offensive line and linebackers.
